Sponsorship

If you are a Bob Lewis parent, friend, or relative and your place of business would like to become a corporate sponsor for our school, we would love to have your support! We are excited to provide sponsorship benefits that will give your business valuable marketing exposure and advertising opportunities to over 550 families in our San Antonio community. Funds raised through corporate sponsorship benefit various programs for our BLE students, families and surrounding communities provided by Bob Lewis Elementary PTA.

Diamond Leopard $1500

1. Platinum Leopards PLUS

2. Logo on Annual Fun Run Fundraiser Shirts (distributed to all BLE students)

Platinum Leopard $1000

1. Gold Leopard PLUS 

2. Four sponsor recognition emails sent to PTA members during 2022-23 school year.

3. Logo on BOTH Event flyers - Trunk or Treat AND Community Spring Picnic Event Flyers

4. Sponsor recognition on ALL PTA Newsletters

5. Company banner* displayed at BOTH EVENTS - Trunk or Treat AND Spring Picnic

6. Table set up at BOTH events. Trunk or Treat AND Spring Picnic Event and distribute sway/flyers.

Gold Leopard $700

1. Silver Leopard PLUS

2. Three sponsor recognition emails sent to PTA members during 2022-23 school year.

3. Sponsor recognition on PTA Newsletter

4. Logo on one event flyers - Trunk or Treat OR Community Spring Picnic Event

5. Company banner* displayed at ONE event (Trunk or Treat OR Spring Picnic)

6. Table set up at ONE event.  Trunk or Treat OR Spring Picnic Event and distribute swag/flyers 

Silver Leopard $500

1. Bronze Leopard PLUS

2. Company name, logo and website link posted on BLE PTA Corporate Sponsorship page and Facebook Page.

3. Two sponsor recognition email sent to all PTA members during 2022-23 school year Company name, Logo and website link posted on BLE PTA Corporate Sponsorship page and Facebook Page 

Bronze Leopard $200

1. Company Logo displayed on Sponsorship Board at ALL Membership PTA Meetings.

2.  Certificate for your business to proudly display.

*Company banner is provided by sponsor and should be no larger than 4ft x 6ft and should contain no political sponsors/ads.

Instructions by Mail:

1. Complete Form along with a cash or check made payable to Bob Lewis PTA

2. You can mail the check directly to us OR deliver it to the front desk of the school.

2. Click on Additional Donations and enter Donation amount

3. Submit Payment

4. Email complete Corporate Sponsorship Form along with a JPEG file of your company’s logo to Amy Moreno at President@boblewispta.org
